Small bins.
No big trucks.

A black 4 or 6 yard bin stays at your building, shop or church. Our crew empties it by hand through the front door on a schedule you pick, so no garbage truck ever crosses your lot.

Garbage bins don't have to look like garbage.

Two sizes. Both black.

Every bin is powder-coated black inside and out, with a lockable lid and a hinged door on the front. Pick the size that matches your building.

Need more room? An 8 yard bin (about 72″ W × 71″ D × 84″ H) is available on request, and we confirm availability when we quote. Busy sites can also run two bins side by side. Ask about an 8 yd

Compact on the ground.

Nothing sticks out the sides. Here is the footprint, from above, with room for the door to swing.

  • 72″ wide. Both sizes share the same width, so one enclosure suits either.
  • No fork pockets. The bin is never lifted by a truck, so it can sit tight against a wall or fence.
  • Optional casters. Where the lot is tight, the crew can roll the bin out to the curb.

Through the front door. By hand.

Most garbage service means a 27 tonne truck driving across your pavement. Ours doesn't. Our small truck stops at the curb or in one stall at the edge of the lot, and the crew walks to the bin.

  • No heavy truck on your lotA front-load garbage truck is rated about 27 to 30 tonnes. Ours is under 8.9 tonnes loaded. If we ever mark your pavement, we fix it.
  • A 2-foot door, almost floor to lidThe crew opens the front door and empties the bin in about 10 minutes. Nobody climbs in.
  • Photo proof every timeYou get a time-stamped photo of the empty bin and the tidy pad after every service.

Apartment buildings

Walk-ups and low-rises of 4 to 24 units. A tidy, locked bin area tenants will actually use, and no more overflowing dumpster.

Small commercial

Offices, shops, clinics, restaurants and small plazas that want a regular pickup without a truck blocking the lot.

Churches, clubs and schools

Halls, congregations, non-profits and community groups. A lighter schedule, with extra service after big events.

Your quote form opens with this size and schedule filled in. Rule of thumb: an apartment unit fills about 2 bags a week, and we aim to leave a bin no more than 85% full on service day.

You set the rhythm.

Each route area has a fixed service day. We tell you yours when you sign, and text you if weather moves it.

Weekly

Busy buildings, restaurants and anywhere food waste builds up.

Every 2 weeks

The usual pick for smaller apartment buildings. Apartment garbage is emptied at least every two weeks.

Monthly

Offices, churches and clinics with light, dry garbage.

Everyday garbage only.

Bins are for the bagged household and office garbage your building makes every week. Anything bigger has its own service.

In the bin

  • Bagged household garbage
  • Bagged office and shop waste
  • Boxes, flattened, that fit with the lid closed

The lid has to close. Bags piled on top of or beside a full bin are extra, with a photo.

Not in the bin

  • Furniture, mattresses and appliances
  • Renovation or building debris
  • Paint, propane, batteries, oil and chemicals
  • Liquids, sharps and medical waste

Hazardous items are left behind with a tag and a photo, and we tell you where they can go.

Got a couch, a fridge or a clear-out? That's junk removal. Send a photo, get a price by the size of the load, and we carry it out and take it away.

Where the bin can go.

We walk the site with you before anything is delivered. Most small lots work. This is what we look for.

Good. On a level pad near the curb, clear space in front for the door, and tenants have a short, safe walk.
A good spot for the bin Plan view. The bin sits on a paved pad at the edge of the lot beside the curb, with the front door swinging out into clear space. The small truck parks at the curb a few metres away and never enters the lot. Building Our truck crew walks
Not this. In a fire route, behind parked cars, or so far from the curb that the crew has a long carry.
A spot that does not work Plan view. The bin is in the middle of the lot, far from the curb, with a parked car blocking the front door and part of a fire route. Building Fire route Car Too farfrom curb
  • Level, hard ground. Paved or compacted. No pad? We'll find the best spot.
  • Room for the door. Keep the space in front clear, summer and winter.
  • Winter ready. We clear snow from the door at every service. Leave us somewhere to pile it.

Garbage bins don't have to look like garbage.

We can build a locked enclosure around your bin: chain-link with black slats, cedar board-on-board, or modern black steel and slat. It tidies the property and keeps outsiders from dumping in your bin.

  • Quoted for your site, after a free visit
  • Lockable gates, and a roof if you want one
  • Fits either bin size

Good to know.

Do you really empty it by hand?

Yes. The crew opens the front door and moves the bags into the truck. A full 4 yd takes about 9 minutes and a 6 yd about 13. Nobody climbs into the bin.

Is there a contract?

No. Service is month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Can we lock the bin?

Yes. The lid has chains for a padlock and the front door has a locking bar. An enclosure with a locked gate adds another layer.

What if someone leaves furniture by the bin?

We photograph it and text you. If you approve it, we can take it on the same visit as a junk removal.

What if we picked the wrong size?

We check the fit after your first month at no charge, and you get one free bin-size change a year.
