We load a pickup truck and dump trailer. Your price is the size of the load, from one eighth up to a full truck and trailer. The minimum is one eighth.

Each size is one flat price, shown on your quote. Volumes are approximate and examples are a guide: send photos and we confirm the load size before we come, and we only charge for what we take.

Four things set the price
- Style Chain-link, cedar or modern steel and slat.
- Size Single (one 4 or 6 yd bin) or double (two bins side by side, about twice the footprint).
- Gate Double front gate as standard. A tenant walk-in gate or a self-closing latch can be added.
- Add-ons Roof or pergola, colour-matched stain, bollards, address sign and solar light.
How a quote happens
- Free site visit. We measure and check the pad, snow storage and clearances.
- Mock-up and fixed price. A photo of your building with the enclosure, plus one price, within 3 business days of the visit.
- Pay your way. Up front, or spread over a monthly plan. We show you both.

Your price is locked
Bin fees stay fixed while you are on the plan. Junk prices lock once your photos confirm the items. Enclosure prices lock when you approve the mock-up.
Extras come with a photo
If something falls outside your quote, like extra bags or a blocked bin, we show you a photo and tell you before it reaches your invoice.
Taxes shown separately
Prices are in Canadian dollars. HST is added and itemized on every quote and invoice.

How do I get my exact price?
Every property and every load is a little different: bin size, how often we come, how far we carry. Tell us your property or send a photo and we reply with one firm, written price within one business day, usually within the hour. Bin fees are flat and final, junk prices are locked once your photos confirm the load, and enclosures are fixed after a free site visit.
Is there a contract for bin service?
No. Bin service is month-to-month. Give us 30 days' notice and we collect the bin.
What is included in the monthly bin fee?
The bin, delivery and placement, every scheduled pickup, disposal of everyday garbage, a photo after every service, and snow cleared from the bin door at each visit.
What if my bin fills up before pickup day?
The lid has to close. Extra bags beside or on top of a full bin are charged per bag, with a photo. If it keeps happening we suggest a bigger bin or an extra pickup, never automatically.
What can go in the bin?
Everyday garbage from your household or office. Furniture, appliances and other bulky items go through one-time junk removal, and hazardous items such as paint, propane and batteries are not accepted.
How is junk removal priced?
By how much space your items take in our truck and trailer: one eighth (our minimum), one quarter, one half, three quarters or a full load. A few special items carry a surcharge, and your quote lists every one.
Do I pay before the job?
No payment is needed to request a quote. Junk removal is charged after the job. Bin service is billed monthly, and your enclosure payment plan is agreed when you approve the mock-up.
Are enclosures included?
No, they are an optional add-on. We quote them per site after a free site visit, with a photo mock-up and a fixed price within 3 business days.
Can the price change after I say yes?
Not without your say. Bin fees are fixed while you stay on the plan, and any change comes with 30 days' notice. Junk prices lock once your photos confirm the items, and enclosure prices lock when you approve the mock-up.
